"Having and Being" are two very different concepts but have a fundamental impact on psychological well-being!

And yet, "Having" is not necessarily the guarantee of a happy life.

You may have a family, a partner who loves and cares for you, true friends, you may have money, a job that makes you feel good, successes achieved, and projects waiting to be realized by you, but are you fundamentally happy with everything you do and everything that surrounds you?

Do you feel fulfilled? Do you feel at peace with yourself? Do you feel safe with the people, friends, family, colleagues, with all these actors who make up your social, societal and emotional circle?

Or do they serve as a source of stress for you?

Material goods influence the lives of each of us because they undoubtedly ensure and guarantee our survival. They make us feel more secure and confident in ourselves, stronger in the eyes of others, strengthening our self-confidence.

But are our efforts to "have as much as possible" throughout our life's journey enough to give us satisfaction and happiness?

Does it guarantee happiness, the satisfaction that comes beyond what we possess?

Material fulfillment certainly makes us feel good, it helps increase the quality of life.

But let's not forget that it is a process, a natural and human phenomenon that develops its momentum in short terms, lasting very little!

"Happiness is an inner state that is worked on every day.. that goes beyond "Having"! Happiness means "Being", "Feeling", "Living"!

It is psychologically healthy to "Be" and learn to "Have" less to focus on existence, our Life, on everything we feel, on Life itself.

We live in a materialistic era where human beings tend towards material things to achieve happiness! If we always focus on the tendency to "Get Rich" as many material goods as possible, the boundary towards essentials becomes extremely unclear.

The more we tend to have, the less we risk feeling!

And therefore, when you feel that you "really are", you no longer need to "have" beyond limits because "being" and becoming what you want to be is all you need to be Happy!
