Sofia Vergara and husband Joe Manganiello have divorced after seven years of marriage.
The couple told Page Six in a statement: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people who love and care deeply for each other, we politely ask for our privacy to be respected in this new phase of life."
Sofía is currently celebrating her 51st birthday in Italy with her friends, but without Manganiello and her wedding ring.
The couple married in a lavish Palm Beach ceremony in November 2015 with 400 guests.
"I found out very quickly that I could trust her, and she found out very quickly that she could trust me," Manganiello said in 2020. " And we're both the kind of people who are able to put the person other before myself. I was able to put her wishes before my own, whatever they were, and she was able to do the same. Once you achieve that, you're never apart."
