The great creator of the Renaissance, Leonardo da Vinci had time for the most valuable thing. It took him many hours to work on the ideas, so he thought of taking a few more hours out of sleep.
So he created a new sleeping system. He slept for 15 minutes every four hours. He practiced this method for years and did not feel tired at all. He slept many times during the day, but little by little. As a result, Da Vinci slept an hour and a half a day and devoted all his other hours to his productive work.
As is well known, man is more productive after sleep. His skills are greater. By interrupting the day to sleep a little, man increases his productive ability.
After many years of experimentation, those who followed Da Vinci's sleep method have proposed how to alternate sleep with productive hours.
Sleep 30 minutes every 6 hours (dymaxion method)
Sleep 20 minutes every 4 hours (uberman method)
Sleep at night for 1.5 - 3 hours and during the day 3 times for 20 minutes (everyman method)
Sleep 2 hours at night and 20 minutes in the afternoon (tesla method)
Sleep 5 hours at night and 1.5 hours in the afternoon (siesta method)
All methods are effective. It should be noted here that every body reacts differently to sleep with schedules, so it should be found the most suitable for you.
