Swedish pop group ' Abba ' has postponed the concert it planned to hold this Tuesday in Sweden, following a tragedy that occurred shortly before the show started. Two people lost their lives in a woman was injured and taken to hospital.
On Tuesday evening, as reported by " The Guardian ", an 80-year-old man fell from the seventh floor of a palace falling in the Uppsala concert hall, north of Stockholm, on the body of a 60-year-old man, who , also found death by stroke.
The 80-year-old died at the scene and the 60-year-old severely beaten died later, police reported. A woman who was close to the 60-year-old was injured, but her injuries fortunately did not pose a risk to life.
The whole country was waiting for Abba's concert, with a attending number of about 1000 people. The concert, to be held in honor of the works of Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, the two male members of the Abba, was supposed to be postponed.
"Because of the tragic news, shortly before last night's homage concert in Sweden, we have decided to postpone the release of the concert trailer until tomorrow," Abba Voyage tweeted.
The club's website said it would be closed from Wednesday to Friday due to two deaths. "We are all shocked by the tragic accident and send our condolences to the relatives and families of the deceased," reads a message on the official website.
Police said there is no reason to suspect another clue to the 80-year-old's death other than the accidental one.
The concert for Abba's new album 'Voyage' will be released on Friday, 40 years after the band split.
