July opens the concert season at the "Air Albania" stadium. Singer Ermal Meta, invited by the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, will hold a concert at the premises of "Air Albania".
"The concert is on July 26. It is the first concert I will do this year, but also after the pandemic. I will do it in the stadium of Tirana with your help and thanks from me " - said Ermali in a Skype connection with Erion Veliaj, with the presence of the Italian ambassador Fabrizio Buçi.
The mayor said the concert will be free for art lovers, but citizens should book the venue.
" It will be the first concert in the stadium. I am very happy that we are opening the concert season, but I am sure that Fabrizio (Italian ambassador) is also very happy, because 30 years have passed since the exodus, the moment when many Albanians left their country to start a life of in Italy, in extremely difficult conditions, some by boat, some by dinghy and you are a success story of that exodus ” .
