60% of the total length of the teen Maci Curri make up the legs. The 17-year-old from Cedar Park, Texas, broke two Guinness World Records: one as the woman with the longest legs and another as the teenager with the longest legs.
Her left leg is over 134.62 cm long, while her right leg is slightly shorter, about 134.3 cm, according to Guinness.
In a video posted on Guinness's YouTube channel, Currin's mother reveals that her daughter was taller than her younger peers.
"I think there's some kind of gene that gives her that length," her mother said in the video.
Currin is 186 cm tall. Her father was 198, her brother is 195 and her mother is 174 cm tall.
"About the second year, I just started not minding what people thought of me," Currin told Guinness. "And once I did that, I was not touched at all."
"I hope tall girls and women understand that height is a gift. And that you should not be ashamed of being tall. You should embrace this fact."
Currin now uses her social media to inspire others to feel comfortable with their height. With 1.7 million followers on TikTok and another 50,000 on Instagram, the teen regularly posts about self-confidence and body image. In fact, her videos on TikTok reach millions of views.
