A 4-year-old refrain between the notes of the same pentagram, under the monitoring and reporting of internationals as the key of Solit without which no tonality is executed, is sung as an anthem in the service of the party. Any probable instrument to give musicality to the camouflage of the campaign that is outwardly convincing enough is used under the pressure of filling in every point of interest behind the scenes, where the illumination of truth is denied as an image for filming.

Central elections are approaching and retorts for their well-being are not being spared by any political force whose national interests do not lead the list of their priorities as is commonly claimed. In the current political arena, the scene of the application platform of the election conditions is being drafted, on which the standards of the vote of confidence will be ensured. Clearly, the leadership of each party insists on unfolding the criteria that pave the way to individual victory without dwelling on the legitimacy or support of the electorate for the points that are declared. The draft agreement of June 5, which provides for the electronic process and depoliticization of commissioners, is a step closer to a functioning democracy of electoral integrity, but still the vulnerability of the procedural acts of the lists continues. The closed lists are a reflection of an autocratic power, a mirror of totalitarianism that induces the trajectory of the party leader, otherwise any challenging alternative to him could cost legislative candidates quite a bit. Under the pressure of the government, every party leader has the opportunity to privatize political capital and provide the only bed where the party spirit can flow. Absolute centralization should not be an option of a democratic country, a closed process with a shadow of influences is exposed to nepotism, denial of meritocracy, advertising of the disabled, destabilization of the political environment. The tempting offers of interfering mechanisms can sabotage any form of electoral system, but on closed lists the terrain is more promising.

In the April-May interval elections to be held next year, the political bargain could offer Albanians the touch of open lists, but not their total affirmation. Having the opportunity to elect only 1/3 of those who will represent you in the decisions of health, infrastructure, economy, education, diplomacy is little. Opening the lists does not make the process inviolable or immune from intrusive instruments, but there is a standard that stands closer to consolidating the decision of voters. Often, especially in inherited political beliefs, there is a tendency to vote for the preferred party without analyzing the list of candidates it presents, perhaps as a result of the inability to change any name. In this form, in closed lists the responsibility falls directly on the party leader, while open lists necessarily need to be handled in detail based on the profile of each candidate, as a wrong choice can lead to a soup with unnecessary mandate. Open lists dress candidates with independence, greater red card opportunities, responsibility and ability to incite revolt against power. In these calmer waters, another term is not funded by the party leader, but by the sovereign's earned trust throughout political activity. Politicians are afraid of the judgment of citizens, so they have recently denied facing a missing battle. Absence for no reason! responsibility and ability to incite revolt against power. The closed lists are canned, modified, toxic food for the hungry stomach of Albanians supplied over the years with the remnants of the political tables. The wind of change starts from the possibility of choice. The taste of a reformist era is the hope that keeps the dreams of the oldest Balkan nation awake.
