A few years ago, supermodel Kendall Jenner followed a strict diet for two months before debuting at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. He started doing intense exercises, which he continued for a long time, so he now keeps everything under control to be in excellent physical shape. Jenner's personal trainer revealed that the model's breakfast is full of fiber and protein: avocado eggs and a bowl full of cereal. The model runs from one appointment to another during the day and finds it difficult to find time for a good lunch, so the first meal keeps her fed until 5 or 6 pm when she eats lunch. But during long hours, Kendall also orders snacks, such as almonds or fresh fruit juices. However, it seems like breakfast is the best meal and more important than any other meal.
So, if you're training for the VS show (lol), or even just looking like Kendall, make sure you have nearly two meals in the morning, including plenty of fiber to keep you full all day.
