Since joining the royal family, Kate Middleton has given a handful of short interviews. And lately, she has been open to talking for more than 30 minutes in a candid interview about her motherhood, her childhood and her early passions.

Kate appeared on a special episode of Giovanna Fletcher's podcast, "Happy Mum, Happy Baby." The Duchess spoke openly about her role as mother of three, George, Charlotte and Louis. She confessed to her grandmother, the education she wants to convey to children, and the love of spending time outdoors.

â??I had a wonderful grandmother, which cost us a lot of time. Playing with us, doing arts and crafts, taking us to the greenhouses, cooking with us ... That's why I try to include many of the activities she did with us while I spend with my children, "says Kate. which also emphasizes the importance of the place and the people with whom children spend their time.

â??There are many places where you can spend your time; a happy home, a safe environment. In childhood we spent a lot of time outdoors and this is something I enjoy. I think it's a very good thing for physical and mental well-being, "she said.

Fletcher, who has been running the podcast since 2017, was surprised by the Duchess' responses, adding that she didn't expect her to speak so openly and be so honest in her stories.
