AFF announces that in the process of selecting the name, there were two bids, and 4 expressions of interest, with the bidding companies Air Albania and Bolv Oil.
The 4 main tribunes will receive the names of Qemal Stafa, Panajot Panos, Fatmir Frashëri and Vasillaq Zeri.

The Red and Black Sha Sports Center announces public opinion on the completion of the stadium name-selection partner process.
There were 2 concrete financial offers and 4 expressions of interest in the process. The bidders were the airline Air Albania and the renowned fuel company Bolv Oil.
The Board of Directors of the Red and Black Sports Center, in the evaluation of the bids, decided to select the company Air Albania Shpk, which was approved by the General Assembly of Shareholders (75% Albanian Football Federation and 25% Ministry of Finance and Economy). .
We would also like to thank Bolv Oil, Sigal Uniqa Group Austria and Vodafone Albania for expressing their interest to be sponsors of the new stadium.
Yesterday was signed a sponsorship contract between the parties Red and Black Sports Center and Air Albania, under which the airline Air Albania will be entitled to name 'Air Albania Stadium'.
So from today until the end of the 5 year contract the stadium will be called Air Albania Stadium.
Air Albania Ltd was established in 2018, with a major shareholder of Turkish Airlines (49%), thus being the official representative of the global flight giant in the Albanian market. The Albanian state also owns 10% of the company shares through Albcontrol Sha.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the shareholders of the Red and Black Sports Center has decided that the stadium tribunes will receive the names of Albanian football and history personalities, as follows:
- Central Tribune will be named - Qemal Stafa Tribune.
- Eastern (Front) Tribune will be named - Tribune Panajot Pano.
- Northern Tribune will be named Fatmir Frashëri Tribune.
- The Southern Tribune will be called the Vasillaq Zeri Tribune.
Not only are these remarkable personalities respected, but the historic memory of the old stadium is forever preserved.
We consider this agreement reached with Air Albania as an important adjunct to up-to-date standards of this complex, and not at all a business deal. The revenue generated from this contract will be dedicated to maintenance costs and modernizing the stadium with the latest technology.
The inauguration of the new modern home of the Red and Black Footballers is definitely a milestone and a joyous moment for all.
