The idea is that the type of blood group is closely related to our body's ability to digest some foods. So every kind of blood determines a particular suggested diet for a person to pursue to live a better and healthier life. This approach was spread by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, after he published a book on the subject in 1996. Take a look at these clusters and understand today and forever what to eat and what you stop eating by referring to your blood group!

Group A
For people of type A blood, a vegetarian diet is suggested. This is due to the low level of acidity in the stomach that this group of people has, which results in good protein and animal fats. So much fruit and vegetables should be eaten.
Group B
This group should avoid as much consumption of corn, wheat, tomatoes and peanuts as it causes fatigue and weight gain. Chicken meat is also not advisable, try replacing it with lamb, goat, or rabbit.
Group AB
The category in question should be fed with as many eggs, seafood or greens. Keep in mind: The meals should be small but frequent.
Group 0
The digestibility of these people is high, so a protein diet, plenty of meat, fish, fruit and vegetables is all right. Avoid legumes and beans as they tend to be deposited as a layer of fat.
