Only water or green tea is allowed.
Second day:

At lunch: 100 gr of strawberries with a little olive oil and lemon juice, half boiled rice, 40 gr of bacon.

At dinner : Omelet, half roasted rice.
Third day:
In the morning : a slice of black butter with butter, coffee or tea (without sugar), a little watermelon, 50 gr of cheese without too much fat.
